SIGNATURE LEADERSHIP
Leadership SBM’s Signature Program is the longest running leadership program in Indiana with over 2,000 alumni & almost 80 community projects in the last 10 years alone. For 51 years, we’ve helped individuals recognize their leadership potential, hone their skills and gain a better understanding of servant leadership.
Signature Leadership offers participants a transformative 9-month journey of community-based servant leadership development. You will hear from local leaders and changemakers while honing your leadership abilities in collaborative teamwork alongside a cohort of professionals from our local community.
Whether you are new to the area, or have lived here “forever”, Signature Leadership is an appropriate next step for those who are committed to learning and practicing servant leadership within their workplace and community.
