Events/News By the Numbers
Leadership SBM programs provide participants with opportunities experiences to help them develop servant leadership competencies and skills. Our programs are built around four core values: build trusting relationships, facilitate growth and transformation, teach and model leadership skills and motivate individuals to act. We measure the impact of our programs have on both the individual and the community using a combination of personal stories and data gathered through an extensive RPE evaluation process which allows us to pinpoint areas where our programs excel as well as areas for continued growth.

Project & Alumni Highlights
Our alumni and community partners look forward to annual events that celebrate Leadership SBM in the community. From our Celebration Luncheon in the spring to the Cressy Invitational Golf Outing in the summer, Leadership SBM gather to connect and to raise funds to continue to create leaders for years to come.
