SIGNATURE LEADERSHIP
Leadership SBM’s Signature Program is the longest running leadership program in Indiana with over 2,000 alumni & almost 80 community projects in the last 10 years alone. For 50 years, we’ve helped individuals recognize their leadership potential, hone their skills and gain a better understanding of servant leadership.
Signature Leadership offers participants a transformative 9-month journey of community based leadership development. What that means is you will acquire invaluable insights into the rich history and life of St. Joseph County. You will hear from local leaders and changemakers while honing your leadership abilities in collaborative teamwork alongside a cohort of professionals from our local community.
Whether you are new to the area, or have lived here “forever”, Signature Leadership is an appropriate next step for those who are committed to learning and practicing servant leadership within their workplace and community.
* Below are the dates for the 2024-25 Cohort. We are currently in Signature Cohort 51. *
