EMERGE 

Want to develop as a servant leader?

Applications are open on a rolling basis for Leadership SBM’s Emerge program held 3 times a year in the summer, fall and winter. This program introduces participants to Emerging ideas and topics in Leadership and showcases the leadership skills necessary to support and impact teams and co-workers. As part of an Emerge cohort, participants will experience intentional, leadership skill-building based on the servant leadership model. The Emerge program leverages the expertise of various community leaders who facilitate interactive learning sessions over a five-week period.

Emerge Topics

Week 1

Emerging Self: personal leadership style and VALUEs statement

Week 2

Emerging Professional: professional presence, time management and prioritization

Week 3

Emerging Team: working across generations, communication, and coaching conversations

Week 4

Emerging Perspectives: diversity, equity, inclusion, ethical decision making

Week 5

Emerging Service: community connection, leadership, and service

The Emerge program includes five half-day sessions (1pm-4:30 pm) over a five-week period. Cost is $650.
